We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, Spotify track URL, track metadata returned by the Spotify Web API, and any notes you include with an order or contact submission.

We also receive limited technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, and referring URL, used for security and abuse prevention.

• To fulfill playlist promotion orders and confirm placements.
• To respond to support and sales inquiries.
• To send transactional emails such as receipts and placement confirmations.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
• To improve our packages, copy, and site performance in aggregate.

Track metadata (title, artist, ISRC, artwork) is fetched from the Spotify Web API on your behalf when you submit a track URL. We do not access your Spotify account, listening history, or personal Spotify data. We are not affiliated with Spotify AB.

Payment is processed by Square. Card data is handled entirely by Square's PCI-compliant infrastructure and never touches our servers. We retain order records (name, email, package, track URL) but not payment instrument details.

We share order details with our curator network solely for the purpose of fulfilling placements. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep order and contact records for the duration of your campaign plus seven years for accounting and tax compliance. You may request deletion of personal data at any time, subject to those obligations.
