Worldwide Playlists provides curated Spotify playlist promotion for electronic music artists. We connect your release with genre-aligned curators in our network. We sell placements — not streams, saves, or monthly listeners.

When you place an order, you commit to the listed package price. Payment is collected by Square at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; existing orders are not affected.

We commit to delivering the placement count listed on your package over the stated 30- or 60-day window. Placements begin within 48 hours of order confirmation in typical conditions.

• You must own or control rights to any track you submit.
• You may not submit content that violates Spotify's terms or applicable law.
• You may not use bots, scripts, or incentivized streaming in connection with our service.
• You may not resell or white-label our placements without written agreement.

We do not guarantee specific streaming numbers, monthly listener counts, or algorithmic playlist placement. Outcomes depend on listener response, release quality, and factors outside our control. Anyone guaranteeing streams is likely operating against Spotify's terms and puts your artist profile at risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldwide Playlists and Worldwide Playlists are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
